Reading room of open access to information resources

In the lobby of the first floor of the library, there is the Reading room of Open Access to Information Resources. The room is equipped with modern personal computers based on MacOS and Windows operating systems, and provides the following services to the library visitors:

- Free access to the Internet;
- Free access to electronic resources of the Presidential Library named after B.N. Yeltsin;
- Ability to work in the most popular and demanded office programs;
- Services for copying, scanning and printing documents.

The hall provides services to any visitor to the library; a library card is not required.

Monday – Friday: 10:00-19:00
