Workshop for Art College Students

On January 22-23, 2020, the seminar on library automation systems for Moscow Provincial Arts College students took place at the Russian National Public Library for Science and Technology.
RNPLS&T experts: Alexander I. Brodovsky, Head of ALIS and Specialized Databases Development department, and Tatiana V. Yakovleva, Technologist, ALIS Technological Support Sector, held the training on the topic: “Automated Library Information Systems. IRBIS Library Automation System”

The students were introduced into the key characteristics and functionality of IRBIS Library Automation System, and mastered the Cataloguer workstation technology.
On the last day of the training, the college students were taken to the guided tour of the Library.
