Exhibition "Contract Law"

The exhibition of literature "Contract Law" is open from June 29 to July 29, 2022 in the reading room of the Main Building, 3rd floor, room 315.

Contract law considers in the process of studying the whole range of issues of the emergence, development and maintenance of civil law relations related to the acceptance and fulfillment of obligations, which are most often drawn up in the form of legal documents - contracts. Contract law is necessary for us in any field of activity – this branch of jurisprudence accompanies us when concluding transactions, finding employment, interacting with banks, renting housing. Conducting any business based on professionalism, profitability and literacy implies a serious attitude to signing various kinds of contracts, therefore contract law can be called the most important area of jurisprudence. There is no such branch as such, but contract law, in fact, is one of the sub-branches of civil law.
