Exhibition "System Research in the Energy sector: Energy Transition"

The exhibition "System Research in the Energy sector: Energy Transition" is open at the Russian National Public Library for Science and Technology in the Hall of Literature on ecology and priority areas of science and technology (room 210) from July 31 to August 28, 2023. The exhibition is devoted to an urgent topic – the problem of the transition of Russian energy to low-carbon development. The publications presented at the exhibition present the results of research on trends in the development of renewable energy sources as a significant reserve in increasing the level of energy saving; the issues of the transition of world energy priorities to unconventional hydrogen energy and trends in the use of hydrogen as an energy carrier in transport, energy and industry are considered, the problems of decarbonization of the fuel and energy complex are analyzed. The materials of the exhibition highlight the world and Russian experience in managing energy conservation and improving energy efficiency, and provide proposals for adapting Russian energy to changes in the global fuel and energy balance.

The publications presented at the exhibition may be of interest to researchers, postgraduates and specialists working in the field of energy, as well as students of energy profile universities.

During the preparation of the exhibition, publications from the fund of the Russian National Public Library for Science and Technology were used: monographs, conference materials, collections of reports, educational literature, preprints, abstracts of dissertations, periodicals, publications from the electronic library system ZNANIUM.COM , BOOK.RU, Lan, Grebennikon electronic library and IPR SMART digital educational resource.
