Exhibition "Food products: production, safety, quality"

The exhibition "Food products: production, safety, quality" is open in the Russian National Public Library for Science and Technology in the Hall of Literature on ecology and priority areas of science and technology (room 210) from June 30 to September 11, 2023.

The publications presented at the exhibition highlight the issues of modern technology of food industry products from the perspective of its quality and safety formation. Reviews of analytical methods of quality control and food safety are given, the main provisions of the environmental safety of food production are given, the influence of food components such as toxicants, anti-vitamins, nitrates and nitrites on human health is described. The issues of legal quality assurance of food products are considered in detail, regulatory documents regulating the use of food ingredients and biologically active additives are given.

The materials of the exhibition are addressed to specialists in the field of food production, university students of specialized specialties and a wide range of readers.

During the preparation of the exhibition, monographs, conference materials, collections of scientific articles, textbooks and abstracts from the fund of the Russian National Public Library for Science and Technology, electronic library systems IBOOKS were used, ZNANIUM.COM and scientific electronic library eLIBRARY.RU .
