Exhibition "X-rays"

The exhibition "X-rays" is open at the Russian National public Library for Science and Technology in the Hall of the 2nd floor of the main library building from October 16 to December 16, 2024. The exhibition is dedicated to X-rays, their discovery and application. The publications provide information on methods for studying the structure of objects using X-ray radiation, on factors affecting the intensity of X-ray reflections, describe the possibilities of high-temperature radiography and X-ray computed tomography, highlight the development and use of equipment and methods of X-ray spectral and X-ray diffraction analyses.

The exhibition is designed for students, postgraduates, engineers and technicians involved in X-ray analysis and X-ray spectroscopy.

During the preparation of the exhibition, monographs, collections of works and conferences, educational and methodological manuals, collections of articles from the Russian National public Library for Science and Technology, Lan electronic library systems, ZNANIUM, IPR SMART digital educational resource, and the Yurayt educational platform were used.
